Amazing views from this 4 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom sub-penthouse Condo! Overlooking downtown Coal Harbour area with views of North Shore Mountains, Stanley Park and water. Fully stocked with all your cookware, linens, towels and morning Coffee amenities to get you going. Perfect for 2 families or a group of 8 adults. Not ideal for young children.

Recent updates with brand new kitchen, large island to gather and sit. 8'10 Ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. Location is excellent only steps to Sky Train, Robson and Alberni Boutique shopping, Stanley Park waterfront, Cardero's Restaurant. You could fly into Vancouver by Seaplane and walk to the condo.
So much to do for the entire group! Condo comes with 2 wide parking stalls. Building amenities include Gym and Hot Tub/ Steam Room.

Large Open Space Kitchen area with living Area on the other side. Both angles come with panoramic views. 2 Bedrooms on either side of the condo. 2 Ensuite Bathrooms, 1 half bath and 1 (2 piece) bathroom.

Damage Deposit is required and taken manually by the property manager one or two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 30 days prior to your arrival will receive 100% refund. Less $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 30 days are not refundable. In the event of Forest Fires, unless the city of Vancouver receives an order to evacuate, we do not refund if there is smoke in the air caused by Fires within or outside of BC.

Great Location
Martine was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. The property was quite spacious for downtown Vancouver, but the bedrooms are dated. Two bedrooms are quite small. Ultimately, we had one fewer couple, so the two couple each had larger bedrooms. The common areas were very nice and spacious. They had been updated. All-in-all, a nice place to stay and a great host.

Great location and spacious apartment
We had a great stay in Coal Harbor and the location was excellent- walkable to many attractions like Stanley Park and the sea wall and shopping on Robson. The apartment could use some new window treatments and shower heads. All else was in great condition and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy family time!

Perfect!!
The perfect location within easy walking distance of both Slanley park; the waterfront and all of downtown. Every convenience for house and home you could want. We had high expectations from seeing the pictures and reading the information about this beautiful "apartment/home". They were all met and exceeded. Loved it all!

We spent a wonderful week in Vancouver in this apartment. Very clean apartment and with amazing views. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the owner is probably a culinary lover :-). Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed here over the holidays from Dec 18 - Jan 17, 2022. We were 6 adults and 2 kids.
Very comfortable. Building was great, in a very quiet and nice location. Near the water so we went on runs/walks to Stanley park. Walking score was 97, easily accessible to train stop. Burrard station only 5 min walk. Walked all along the streets, close to shops and restaurants and cafes. Urban fare grocery down a block towards the water. Canada place, Robson , Alberni and Burrard so easy to walk to. Martine was a great host, she was accommodating and even put up a Christmas tree for our arrival. Only problem was the key/fob. But I think she has since fixed that. The two master suites on opposite sides of the unit were perfect the 2 other rooms are quite small, it’s really just a bed that fits. The kitchen is huge and nice for families to hang around. We invited my family over for dinner in New Year’s Eve and it was perfect

Amazing stay @ Coal Harbour Penthouse
Stayed with family for a quick 3 night visit to Vancouver. The unit was perfect for our group of 8. More than enough space, views incredible, and a perfect location close to everything we needed and wanted to see. The property manager was fantastic throughout the booking/check in/check out process. Would stay again and would recommend this unit to friends/family for sure.

check out
we needed more than 2 hours to checkout because the key cafe did not work , at least we left the key in the apartement. May be you can find another way to get the keys than by the key cafe.
The apartement was very good and it would be nice to have a proper coffee machine as well as a second key if you are with two cars there.

We have 2 Coffee machines available for our guests, and we could add a 3rd this shouldn't be a problem :) The Key Cafe is a very user friendly and amazing service to provide Key pick up 24/7 for our Guests. The Key Cafe also has a 24/7 support line to call if there are any issues and can assist in solving problems right away. To make sure this runs smoothly though the Guest does require to have a working cell phone which in your case was not operating.
